Russel V Mancino

I was named as a defendant in a dental malpractice action. I did not meet Mr. Mancino until shortly before my case was scheduled to go to trial. The trial was nerve wracking but Russ found the time to not only try the case but to listen to my concerns and reassure me every step of the way. The jury found in my favor by a 6 to 1 vote. I was impressed with the way Russ handled the victory. He was conciliatory to the other side, humble and genuinely happy for me. He counseled me on how to avoid lawsuits in the future by simply keeping the lines of communication open with my clients. I learned a lot from this ordeal thanks to Mr. Mancino.
