Biography
I am a partner at Proetta & Oliver. Prior to founding the firm in 2017, I was a partner at one of the State's largest criminal defense firms. My entire practice is dedicated to criminal defense work, which includes matters in Federal Court (United States District Court), Monmouth County Superior Court, Mercer County Superior Court and local Municipal Court’s throughout Monmouth and Mercer County. I personally handle all of the offices indictable (felony) matters that arise out of Monmouth and Mercer County. Some of the more common cases I handle are aggravated assault, armed robbery, burglary, drug distribution, drug possession, driving while intoxicated, shoplifting, eluding and carjacking. One of my main goals outside of zealously fighting for my clients, is making sure that all their rights are fully protected and concerns are properly addressed throughout their case. The lawyer you want.

Keith wasn't the cheapest available option, but he was well worth he money. He returns calls at all all hours and actually cares. I'm a pessimistic kind of guy, but he made me a believer. Keith will listen but be blunt. Excellent overall.
