My journey through a chapter 13 was at first scary and nerve racking being a single woman experiencing this alone. However, Mr Brumel was there for me every step of the way. For instance, over the course of five years, there were different concerns that would pop up randomly. which is to be exp...ected in a 60-month time frame...anything is liable to happen. Yet, Mr Brumel and his staff made time to assist me in any manner even if it meant after his office hours via email or by phone at times. During the years I listened to his guidance and followed his direction, as he was willing to hear my concerns and work toward the best resolution that would work for me. Not to mention the challenging situations whereby I thought nothing would work and low and behold Mr Brumel would figure out something to manage the issue. Mr Brumel is very knowledgeable as well as professional. Additionally, he never made me feel like I was just another client with a nagging chapter 13. In fact, over the years I have learned a great deal from him, due to his willingness to give an explanation and provide clarity if I did not understand something. On a personal note, I have been in the customer service industry for many years and it is this type of service that I have welcomed and recommend to anyone. In saying that, the most admirable take away from my experience with Mr Brumel, is that he truly loves and enjoys what he does in the bankruptcy world while helping individuals re-establish their financial health and it shows through his efforts that he gives to his clients.
