Vincent P. Manning, Esq., a Manning, Caliendo and Thomson partner, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rowan University in 1983 and Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1986.
Upon graduation, Mr. Manning served as law secretary to the Honorable Marshal Selikoff, J.S.C. in the Monmouth County Superior Court. A Certified Civil Trial Attorney approved by the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Attorney Trial Certification in 1998, he is a court appointed Arbitrator in the New Jersey Superior Court.
Mr. Manning has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court, New Jersey since 1986 as well as the United States Court of Claims since 2005. He served as a Trustee and Co-Chairman for the Civil Practice Committee, Monmouth County Bar Association. Mr. Manning is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association.
Aside from his professional background, Mr. Manning was an honor graduate of the U.S Army Airborne School and served as an Army Ranger and Drill Sergeant. He currently resides in Freehold, New Jersey with his wife and five children.
