On july 21st 2017 i received my second Dui yes my second.I hired Peter before and i got a smack on the wrist and i got cocky 4 years later and started back with my old tricks.Well i got caught again. im a CDL class A holder and with that a second one means bye bye cdl.I was so nasty to the cops name ...calling and everything fines i was facing 2 years suspension CDL gone for good jail time idrc classes 90 days live in alcohol supervision I can't even remember everything I was facing. Right now I know you feel like your life is over that's how I felt that day we went back and forth to court about 12 times took over a year everything that good was going on in my life was over shadow that I had this looming over me . Peter is going to tell you to be honest with yourself don't lie to him if you hire him and you're going to review the video Don't tell him what you think he wants to hear tell him what really happened .I don't remember ,because I was drunk, I was nasty ,I was belligerent that way he can get an idea on how to defend your case. He's going to tell you to do the steps and I know what you're thinking I don't have a drinking problem well if you don't have a drinking problem why are you sitting with a DUI lawyer. Do the steps he tells you trust me it will make you a better person in the long run or you will be sitting here reading about people that had the third their fourth DUIs would you like to know my outcome I know that's what you've been waiting for after everything I put the police through after all the nasty stuff I said to them Peter was able to work out a 6 month license suspension with a reckless driving no DUI no crazy signs from the state I get my license back before the spring even comes I have a convertible I'm going to be able to drive down to Jersey Shore through the town I got my DUI with my top back my license and hands my fiance on the right of me smiling knowing that not only do I have my license back but I am a fully recovered alcoholic and I am not drinking anymore because of this man the past year I had this looming over my head I accomplished so much by changing the person I was you may lose your license but don't lose Who You Are 6 months that's it and I was belligerent and drunk to the officers and they didn't even want to work with me and I only got 6 months in a reckless no second DUI I get to keep my CDL license I get to keep my career and my great life hire this man I told him this to his face you were the greatest man I ever met because you taught me a lesson and you got me my life back too bad I never want to see you again LOL but we have plans to smoke a cigar in the future and I will come through with a box of cigars for him I owe that man everything for helping me grow up now I'm ready for the second half of my life and I'm going to live it alcohol-free best wishes to everyone who reads this.

From that point on I felt I was in great hands and not only was he a man of his word but his staff also made the whole process a much more stress free one. Let me just start by saying Mr. Lederman is incredible. Here I found myself facing a DWI for the second time and this man came through and saved my life. Had I been convicted of this second DWI offense I would’ve had to deal with loosing a lot. My Job for one which is very important to anyone who wor...ks. Mr Lederman assured me that everything would be ok and it was! He got my second offense lowered to a reckless driving ticket with a small fine and most IMPORTANTLY Mr. Lederman kept my license from being suspended Again kept my license from being suspended. He is highly recommended to hire if you wish to seek good results. He is a expert at helping his clients deal with DUI and DWI case. Four months ago I found myself reading these reviews, with the hopes that I too, would be writing a review on how Mr. Lederman created a miracle on my case and saved me from a devastating sentence. Well here I am. I was pulled over for a 3rd DWI, with a refusal. So I was facing jail time and 10 ye...ars’ loss of license (actually, 20 years’ loss of license for a refusal on a 3rd offense). Mr. Lederman was able to do his magic and it was reduced to a 1st offense with the refusal, total of 7 months’ loss of license! I was ecstatic! Mr. Lederman is an expert on the ins and outs of the NJ State laws when it comes to DWI’s. I knew I was in good hands after the first time I met him. He’s a very kind man and he will also make you work for your goal. He recommended that I go through an intensive outpatient program (which I did and completed) and I know that this helped significantly with my outcome.
