The Best Attorney for DUI

First of all let me say this is going to cost you $$$. When you add up all the costs for a DUI vs mr Lederman they are probably about =. This was my first arrest for DUI in New Jersey, but third in my lifetime. Upon meeting with Mr. Lederman he seems extremely confident almost arrogant. (For good rea...son) He can walk the walk! Mr. Lederman attacked the entire traffic stop video supplied by the state. After our meeting, gave three options. He followed through on all of them. In the end something he noticed the officer say, almost got mu DUI thrown out completely. End result= Reckless Driving, 30 day suspension on a 3 DUI. Even the Judge had to make a point on record, stating he had never heard of this in 30 years. You will put in work, counseling, meetings, etc. if you want him to do what he does. No free ride. But it was worth every penny. As a consequence I no longer drink as well. Summation- 180 days in jail and countless fines/classes etc vs. 30 day licence suspension/200$ fine and road to recovery. You be the judge. Thank you from myself, my wife and family.

Beat a 2nd DUI

Case details: 2nd DUI BAC .11 (.08 legal limit) No accident Flemington Borough, NJ Outcome: Reckless Driving vs. 2nd DUI 45 day license suspension vs. 2 years $2,000 savings in surcharge fees Cost: While I'm sure you can find another lawyer to handle your case for less, I wouldn'...t recommend it. I originally hired another lawyer for less, but it was clear that he was not a top tier DUI lawyer after some time. I decided to contact a couple of lawyers who seemed to be the "premier" DUI lawyers in the state which led me to Mr. Lederman and another lawyer. The other lawyer wanted twice the money than what Mr. Lederman asked for. Customer Experience: Professional, patient, timely response to any questions, and friendly staff. Overall: In my experience, he is the best option for a DUI with a reasonable price. He will give you "homework", so it is important to do your part and help him help you.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Straight-forward, knowledgeable, esteemed and highly effective.

After receiving my DWI (first offense), I was fearful and unsure. At times, I found myself overcome with anxiety and full of questions; Am I going to lose my job? If I lose my job, will this affect my career and my ability to get a job? Is this a criminal charge? I found myself in a situation th...at I knew nothing about. Anxious, embarrassed and ashamed... Once I decided to take this matter head on, I did some research and found Mr. Peter Lederman as the stand-out DWI Lawyer in NJ. My first visit with Mr. Lederman was very informative. It was made abundantly clear that Mr. Lederman knew NJ DWI Law like the back of his hand, it is in fact, his only practice. I decided to hire Peter and walked out of his office feeling much better about the situation because i knew I had an extremely knowledgeable ally. As it stood, I was looking at a seven month license suspension, plus installation of the ignition interlock device for 1 year after the suspension. This was not an easy pill to swallow seeing that my job requires customer visits. After meeting with Mr. Lederman, he gave me a task list, things that he recommended I accomplish while the courts moved the process forward. The list of tasks included things such as; personal statement of events the night of arrest, self brag sheet, and attendance to a referred alcohol therapist and class. I complied with his recommendations because I was bent on doing everything in my power to affect the outcome of my case. While completing these tasks, Mr. Lederman's Office had requested the "discovery" which is basically the municipalities case against the offender, including written statement by the arresting officer, any associated video, BAC etc. Once Mr. Lederman's office had received these documents, I was called in for an appointment with Mr. Lederman. It turned out that the State had a pretty bulletproof case against me. Mr Lederman told me how strong of a case we had and unfortunately there wasn't much on my side. He let me make the decision on how hard we wanted to fight the charges. He explained three approaches to me: High risk, high reward which essentially was going to trial and risking being proved guilty with the maximum penalty, medium risk medium reward, and low risk, low reward. After much thought I decided that I would take a reduced plea deal of three months vs the seven month alternative. Mr. Lederman did reiterate that getting this plea deal was going to be tough due to the strong case against me. On my court date, the prosecutor told Mr. Lederman that they were not willing to budge on the 7 month suspension. I was devastated with the news and wouldn't accept it, so Mr. Lederman requested postponement. Two weeks later we had a court date and Mr Lederman went in with a few more things to throw against the wall with the prosecutor. Something stuck and they lowered the consequence to three months which I considered a big win. I was able to keep my job and am now license-less but still employed. The most impressive and inspiring thing about my time with Mr. Lederman was watching his interactions with court social circles. He is held in very high esteem by people within the court system. For instance, in my second court date, when the judge saw Mr. Lederman in open court, they bantered back and fourth like they were old buddies as the senior judge said he was honored to have Mr Lederman in his court. My case was then called up and the high ranking judge continued to make it known that Mr. Lederman was a great attorney and that Peter in fact taught the judge a few things. This is a top Judge who is president of a judges association we're talking about. Here are some closing thoughts on my experience with Mr. Lederman. - Peter doesn't tell you what you want to hear, he tells you the facts. - There is a premium to pay for the Best DWI Lawyer in NJ - If results are important to you, hire Peter. - Peter likes cigars and vacation.

Best Lawyer for the job

I was referred to Mr Lederman by a close friend and I am so glad that I contacted him. Going through a DUI is a nightmare and having a lawyer who is as skilled in the field as he is makes the situation a lot less stressful. He goe above and beyond to get the best results for his Clients, and does n...ot sugar coat anything. He is tough, expects alot from you, but its to get you the best results. My situation turned out so much better then it could have. Couldn't have asked for anyone better to represent me, everyone involved did an awesome job, Jessica and Nadine were so helpful, and patient. All in all I would refer Mr Lederman to any of my friends who may find themselves in a similar situation, hopefully I will not have to.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Peter is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys I have had the privilege of working with. He is incredibly well-versed in DUI/DWI law, with the seemingly effortless ability to cite cases and make cohesive arguments that win the day. I had the immense good-fortune of working with him on a DUI as co-counsel, and I gained a lot of insight into how to approach those cases due to his careful consideration and analysis of the facts. He was respectful and encouraging of my work product, while also giving me constructive feedback. He even put on a masterclass in how to handle client interactions. With his vast experience and his breadth of knowledge, Peter is definitely the advocate that you want on your side."

"Peter is both a talented lawyer and a consummate gentleman. I have both taken ICLE seminars he has been a part of as well as observed him in court. I was in court on an occasion that Peter was in the middle of trying a DWI case. Now normally municipal court trials are not the most interesting cases to watch but I do take the opportunity to observe them when I am already in court to see if I can pick up some tips. Well I got more than that on the day I saw him. I got to see him skillfully poke holes in the prosecutors case while still remaining respectful to all involved. His client went from a DWI with other related charges to a ticket with low fines and no points. I can't remember the violation because it is so difficult to get for your client even in a speeding case where unsafe operation is a good result. He gave me his card and told me to call if I ever had any questions. The bottom line is not only did he call me back he gave me his cell #. He is a Lawyer's Lawyer"
