Bottom-line: Peter was able to legally navigate a very hard case to a verdict of dismissal. The path to such an outcome was not straight-forward, however with Peter's experience with the nuances of the law, him and his team were able to identify all operational/procedural missteps taken by the of...ficer(s). He arrived to each proceeding fully briefed, and ready to fight on my behalf, which ultimately lead to my favorable outcome. Peter charges more than other lawyers, but you get what you pay for --- he is worth it (I would have paid more)

Peter provided the entire suite of services, from the initial reassurance and personal touch on that first phone call to set a worried mind at ease, to flawless communication and planning throughout the process, and ultimately the outcome was better than I had initially hoped for but exactly what he ...had suggested we pursue in our first meeting. And we were able to reach a deal at the first court appearance although I was told to expect at least 2-3. I also found his fee to be very reasonable. I would like to be 100% transparent. Mr. Lederman is a special person to me. My father and I hired Mr. Lederman after a freak accident in June of 2012. Wasn't my first go around with drinking and driving. Just so happened to be one of the best decisions, I've ever made. It's not easy and nor should it be. You made an irresponsible decision and will be accountable for it. That aside, I want you to know that the only thing you lost was time. It's up to you from this point on, to determine where you go from here. You can do anything in this world if you just believe in yourself!" To this day, I'm in the process of starting a 501(c) and own a NYC start-up production business. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for teaching me how to grow both personally and professionally. You were more than just an attorney. You were a miracle man, instrumental figure, attorney, mentor and friend. For that I'm grateful!
