Mr. Lederman and his staff were amazing. Mr. Lederman took the time to truly understand my goals and then based on my goals we discussed various potential paths and outcomes. I used Peter Lederman in my dui case that I got back in August. Today it was resolved and I couldn't be happier. I have a class A cdl, and my first born child on the way. Its was very important to me to not have a dui on my driving record because due to my cdl, getting a cdl job with a dui on your re...cord is almost impossible. I contacted Peter after receiving a 2nd dui. My irresponsibility caused me to face a 2nd dui within 5 years. I had used Peter for my first DUI and knew the knowledge and attention to detail he uses. He began building my case but also pushing me to rebuild my life via alcohol counseling and AA meeting...s. The case appeared to be a solid case against me but Peter attacked it from every possible angle. His preparation prior to trial was super, but it paled in comparison to his performance in the courtroom. I was left speechless when I witness how he took what appeared to be a open and shut case and convert it to a weak case. At the end of the case, he convinced the prosecution to dismiss the DUI and instead charge me with a reckless and a 1 year suspension. Remember, at the end you are in this position because of your own fault, you already made a mistake by drinking and driving, don't make another mistake by hiring a "cheap" lawyer because you will receive subpar "cheap" services. Even the judge mentioned at the end that we witnessed some fine "lawyer work" today in the courtroom.
