From the first time I met Peter, which was a phone consultation, he immediately calmed my nerves with his calm demeanor. My goodness where do I begin, Mr. Lederman is an exceptional attorney, worth every penny!!!! I was facing a second DWI, and refusal which is technically a four year suspension. Mr. Lederman is straightforward and tells it like it is, he doesn’t sugarcoat, he presents to you all the possible outcome...s... but this man fights a hard fight and doesn’t give up!!! After quite some time fighting this battle, and him presenting all possible materials needed for this case, I was able to receive a reckless and 40 day suspension!!!! Mr. Lederman did an incredible job on my case. He is very knowledgable in DUI's, field sobriety testing, alcotest, and the judicial system. He is blunt with you about what can happen in court with your case and leaves you with nothing but honesty. He goes over your case with you piece by piece and ma...kes you feel comfortable about what is to come. He tells you like it is and prepares you. Mr. Lederman was able to wipe out my BAC number entirely with a special report that showed proof that the alcotest was done incorrectly, therefore, the BAC results were proven unreliable. I got a minimum of 90-day license suspension and I must attend the IDRC class. There are a few fines as well that go along with the DUI. I'm very happy with my results. This was my first offense and I could have lost my license for a lot longer if my BAC was provided and I may have needed to attend the IDRC class longer. I was lucky to have such a great lawyer to help me. I recommend hiring Mr. Lederman. You won't be disappointed.

I found Mr. Peter Lederman via internet and after reading all the reviews i considered hiring him as my lawyer. This was my first DUI and had very high BAC.
