Mr. Lederman and his staff were amazing. Mr. Lederman took the time to truly understand my goals and then based on my goals we discussed various potential paths and outcomes. He provided me with all the information for each outcome and allowed me to make the decision vs trying to sway me in one dir...ection or the other. After a combination of bad choices and some misrepresentation, I ended up with a couple of DUIs on my record early in my youth (18 yrs of age or so). Fast forward to my 40’s, I made the same mistake again with the severe co...nsequences looming for multiple DUIs, I wanted to get the best representation possible. In the summer of 2019, I found myself at a critical turning point in my life, but not the type of turning point you might expect on this site. I was waiting to start a new job out of state in the fall of 2019 and thought the jersey shore would be a wonderful place to spend some time while I waited. I...t certainly was. At least until I made a mistake that had the potential to cost me the career I was so anxiously awaiting. In mid-summer I concluded a day at the beach with dinner and a few drinks before heading home. With this experience behind me I now know that the worst decision I’ve ever made – getting behind the wheel - got me into this situation.
