After falling asleep in a parking lot back in December 2014 and being woken up to the tap of a police officers flashlight on my window; I was facing a second DUI charge, the loss of my job, and the hefty fines and penalties that come with it. After reading others reviews on avvo, I decided to schedu...le a meeting with Mr. Lederman. From the time I stepped into the office, to the time I left after the consultation there was no denying that I had found the lawyer who was going to represent me. Mr. Lederman is a consummate professional and has a way of inspiring confidence and a sense of easing when speaking to him about such cases. He can be tough and asks you to do things other lawyers may not, but it becomes clear very quickly that he has a system in place and it certainly works! After the first appearance in court it seemed that we may be able to get the charges reduced to a reckless driving with some small fines, but nothing was a guarantee at that point. By the time my second appearance came around, Mr. Lederman worked diligently with the prosecutor and reviewed my case in depth. The end result was phenomenal, instead of being charged with a second DUI and facing two years of license suspension, Mr. Lederman was able to get the dui dropped. After several hundred dollars in fines and a reckless driving conviction, my case is resolved and I couldn' t be more happy with the results. If you are reading this and are debating whether or not to retain Mr. Lederman. I will start by saying this please trust and belive me when i say this. I probly been in every court room in new jersey. I used alot of different lawyers but aint none of them could even compaire to Mr Lederman. I was facing my secound dwi the penalty two years licenses suspension and every fines tha...t comes along with it but in this case all fines would have been double. it happen on route 22 brigewater township its one of the most difficult courts to ever get a case dismiss especially a dwi but Mr Lederman did it we take the case to trial and beat it i sit there and watch Mr Lederman went to work i never seen a short person battle so many giants he ruled that court room in every apperance we made every time i left the court i felt conviendent and please of the work he did. Other lawyers from my past cases i will leave that court house depress but not with Mr Lederman with him i felt no worries i know this seems like am writing a story but am just so happy and relief of my results and the out come of this case because i was thinging like whoever will be reading this in search of one of the greatest lawyers new jersey have to offer. Yes search nomore you find the right one you want the best result in your dwi case. Mr Lederman is the guy thats all he deals with trust me when i was looking for a lawyer i wanted one that only deals with dwi. I wanted No distraction. I wish i had him for my first dwi. Then i wouldn't of been facing my second. His services is the best i ever had when it comes to legal services and am please to write this review to show people that this is the best lawyer in dwi/dui case in New jersey.

I wanna congradulate, Mr. Lederman on an sensational, oustanding, fantastic, amazing, superb, wonderful, and prfessional job today inregards to my second DUI... Its was the longest stressful 6 months i ever experienced in my life.. I do construction, im a union memebr and have been in the business f...or ten years now and one of your requirements is to have your license, without your license you can become a member if your in the process of getting them but for any reason they get suspeneded, you cud no longer become a member.. Today my livelihood was on the line, not knowing how i would be able to pay my mortgage, provide for my family, take care my bills etc etc, all sorts of crazy things was going through my head and by me having my Class A CDL, they were even harder on me, and will be on anyone else , who catch a dui/dwi and have cdl.. Two years suspension, 48 detox, 3k a year surcharge, penalties and fines, 16 sessions counselling and whatever else that came with it, my cdl, and endorsements all would have went up in flames after all the monies i done put into getting my license back in 2006, paying out of pocket for school to get my cdl and other endorsements.. With all this being said., with the HELP, the HARD WORK, the love and passion the he have for what he do and to help people, my livelihood was speared today and i received a second chance.. Mr. Lederman had a plan executed it and by all means if that didnt work, everytime we walked in court, bet your buns, he was ready for war.. My second dui and along with 5 other tickets a total of 6 tickets all together, Mr. Lederman was able to get all the tickets dismissed and had me plea guilty to just reckless driving, what a great job.. Im not telling anyone to go go drink and drive and you will get the same. i know we get big headed at times and we get away with it once or twice or quite a few times but if by any chance you get caught, you gonna wish you hadnt, trust and believe me its not worth it, the change you spend getting drunk, will cost you big bucks at the end, better hope you monies right before you do it..
