Lisa will take your money in your case, and she will do NOTHING! She is very hungry for money. I meet her at Womens against domestic violence when she graduated from law school she did ok at that moment. In my worth moment of my life fighting for my daughter custody I looked for her. Worth mista...ke ever, she will put fear on you and try to talk like she is right making you feel bad thinking all the possibilities of loosing the case. I took her out of my case right after I had a Strok after talking to her. She is hungry for money, she will not care about you, your kids your health.

I had Lisa put on to my case as an 18b Attonrey… worst experience ever. She did not do any work for my case. She made me fear that Id lose in my case every time we spoke and that if we did lose she’d go “we can always try again” . Who says that!? She did not want to fight for my kids like I did. Sh...e did the minimum just to stay on the case. She has a very poor attitude & will get nasty and not answer your emails the second you disagree with her or call her out on her lack of effort in your case. I told her to leave my case after I realized she did not want to put any work or effort into fighting my case. She also tried to bash me to the new attorney I retained after her, which just shows her true character ! Do yourself a favor and find yourself a real attorney who will fight for what you want.

I hired the Goldstein Law Group to help with a family court case. I had never been through the legal system and was handed a 100+ page lawsuit. She only interacted via email & confused my case issues constantly. The facts I gave her were misconstrued numerous times & when Id mention that, she would have an excuse. There was always an excuse as to why things were not done in a timely manner (ex: waiting till after the holidays to begin after ...being retained in Oct). I needed to take some time to regroup, her suggestion, indicating there was no rush. I contacted her as soon as I was feeling better, requesting her schedule & giving her mine to meet in person. She never responded; I sent a follow up email one month later, indicating if she wasnt interested in representing me any longer, to advise. She then emailed me back deflecting her lack of responsibility onto me. She never sent anything when she said she would & I constantly had to contact her regarding this issue. After "blaming me for being in & out" (her suggestion to take time & there was no rush", she got upset with me & decided she didnt want to represent me any longer. She never checked her records to see what she owed me from my retainer; just based it on what I had mentioned she owed me. Luckily, I reviewed my invoice again only to notice she was not going to refund the correct amount. It is HER job to keep records, review them & be the support system for clients and she failed miserably.
