I got Lisa's help when my case was really in bad shape. Lisa took the case to where I cannot thank her enough for her deep insight, excellent handling nasty adversary, saving costs and high expenses. She is very ethical and righteous. She is a great savior , she saved me with her great advises on do'...s and dont's. I had interviewed many other lawyers but Lisa turned out to be best in lot as I got the best results I could have ever thought . She is highly experienced in matrimonial and child laws, auditing and esp where there are self employed partner involved or where the partner is disbursing money on the name of business. She empathized in me and prepared me well before appearance in the court. She used to ask me do my homework to get the best result. She used to explained the reason why she needs the info, how will that help in the case. Many a times she used to discount me on the bill payment as I was indebted during the time of litigation.

Lisa came through for my needs and represented me with sheer brilliance. She was professional throughout our entire involvement from start to finish. She represented the best interest of my family and came through for us during a very tough and traumatic time. She only interacted via email & confused my case issues constantly. The facts I gave her were misconstrued numerous times & when Id mention that, she would have an excuse. There was always an excuse as to why things were not done in a timely manner (ex: waiting till after the holidays to begin after ...being retained in Oct). I needed to take some time to regroup, her suggestion, indicating there was no rush. I contacted her as soon as I was feeling better, requesting her schedule & giving her mine to meet in person. She never responded; I sent a follow up email one month later, indicating if she wasnt interested in representing me any longer, to advise. She then emailed me back deflecting her lack of responsibility onto me. She never sent anything when she said she would & I constantly had to contact her regarding this issue. After "blaming me for being in & out" (her suggestion to take time & there was no rush", she got upset with me & decided she didnt want to represent me any longer. She never checked her records to see what she owed me from my retainer; just based it on what I had mentioned she owed me. Luckily, I reviewed my invoice again only to notice she was not going to refund the correct amount. It is HER job to keep records, review them & be the support system for clients and she failed miserably.

Ms. Steirman Harvey represents all that is decent and honorable in her profession. In a field of law that is difficult, she can be described as honest, of the highest integrity, tenatious, thorough, practical, available, experienced and professional. In the future I will always refer friends, fam...ily, and collegues who need legal council to her firm because of the efforts of Ms. Harvey on my behalf. It was my honor to have had the opportunity to be represented by and worked with Ms. Steirman-Harvey. My children and I will be indebted to her for life.
