Mr. Allan Weinberg is a diamond in the rough. His extensive experience in family law exhibits true professionalism and courtesy for his clients. He listens, cares, and gets to the point on any of his court cases. He is definitely an outspoken individual that separates him from the rest of the crow...d. As he does his magic representing you (domestic violence case: my case) with whatever issues that may arise, his cleverness and intelligence in family law will outshine the rest of them. Watching Allan do what he does best at is like watching an old Perry Mason show back in the 1957 where that character defends dozens of falsely accused people with success. I am honored to have such a person in my life. He is great to work with and assists you with any concerns that may come up. He is a person I look up to and a friend. He is very witty and will guide you back into the conversation as you wander away from the subject at hand. I trust Allan to get the job done right, and he delivered. He seems like a nice guy but watch your bills...he hugely inflates them. Every phone call/email, no matter how insignificant or short of time, will be charged a ridiculous amount. To they extent of talking to him for 3 minutes will cost you $80.00 and he always rounds it out to 15 minutes. When I as...ked for an estimate of my case he initially said $4000.00 to $5000.00. When I relieved him my bill was $18,000.00. He should have an ethics probe by the Bar Association.

I decided to hire Allan based on my sense of his experience with unconventional cases. I was a stay at home dad in a dissolving marriage and I felt that I needed someone that could appreciate the nuances of my situation. I had gone through mediation and had Allan and another lawyer look at my settlem...ent. Allan stopped me from signing what would have been a very bad settlement, and he did it without making me feel stupid. He was compassionate about my situation and he made me feel that he was going to a good job because my case merited it. Now that my case is settled I know that I made the right choice. He was in constant contact with me either by phone or email and was very responsive. I was usually in contact with Allan within hours or on the same day. Allan is very tech savvy and this enables him to respond quickly to questions or anything from the other side. He was always honest, respectful and made an effort to make sure i understood everything that was going on during what was for me a painful ordeal. I could not have asked for more from him and I can honestly say that my life is better because of his efforts than it would have been had I not found him.
