Mr. Weinberg consulted me on a domestic matter, he was very professional in his dealing with me, responsive, courteous, and forthcoming with my options. At the end the matter was resolved peacefully and I had no need for his services, and I was told it is on him this time, no charges is required. He seems like a nice guy but watch your bills...he hugely inflates them. Every phone call/email, no matter how insignificant or short of time, will be charged a ridiculous amount. To they extent of talking to him for 3 minutes will cost you $80.00 and he always rounds it out to 15 minutes. When I as...ked for an estimate of my case he initially said $4000.00 to $5000.00. When I relieved him my bill was $18,000.00. He should have an ethics probe by the Bar Association.
