I came to Marguerite and within six months I was divorced. Not only was she extremely helpful and informed, she was extraordinarily thorough especially reviewing financial settlement. Beyond that, Marguerite has a degree in Psychology and that, coupled with over 30 years experience was able to real...ly guide me through the process with an innate understanding of the human dynamics at play. This was critical to ensuring we focused on what was important and what was white noise. Needless to say, I was divorce quickly and walked away with a very fair settlement at a very reasonable cost for counsel.

The consultation was fantastic. She was attentive and very informative. Once she received the 10k retainer, she was impossible to get in touch with. At $450.00 an hour I had to beg to get her to talk with me. She did not follow through with scheduled phone appointments, with no excuse. Made deals wit...h the apposing attorney without my consent, bragged about how much business she had, extremely condescending. She would call back after hours, and if I did not answer, then there was no way to get back in touch with her . She literally has no extension. Her inability to do her job, became very frustrating, so at times leading me to be short with her staff, (which I apologize for) but she won’t take any responsibility for her actions. There are other reviews that elude to the fact that she does not care for men. Her entire office is all women. It is my opinion that she is Bias towards women. She wrote “one” letter and charged me $1900.00 before I finally fired her.

After spending 8 months in mediation while working with another attorney, I turned to Marguerite. Marguerite, her para Darlene, and all staff were very responsive to my issues and concerns throughout the process.
