James J Cerbone

James Cerbone has been in the private practice of law in New Jersey for over Twenty Five years. His practice primarily focuses on Debt Relief Matters, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Tax Relief, Real Estate and Estate Planning.

James attended the University of San Diego School of Law and received his Masters in Law Degree (LL.M.) from Temple University. Jim was born in Montclair, New Jersey and raised in Englishtown. His first name is James, but everyone calls him “Jim.” In 2001 Jim received Board Certification in Bankruptcy Law.

As an Attorney for over Twenty Five years Jim has helped well over 5,000 clients with debt, lawsuits, or other financial related issues. As an involved member of the community, it is personally important to Jim to help his clients. Jim’s philosophy is: This is my community, too.
