Cindy returned my messaged call within the hour, and arranged to stay late so that I could come in and sign the paperwork. The price was fair and everything settled to my satisfaction. (It was a case involving old debt). Cindy was not only understanding, but friendly and personable - my only regret is that I didn't contact her sooner!
