THEY ARE COMPETENT AND WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES WE ASKED THE SAME QUESTION. WE NEVER FE...LT RUSHED. THE STAFF WAS VERY PATIENT AND ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS. WE CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. GREAT JOB; THANKS....

I hired Mr. Cerbone several years ago to file my chapter 7 bankruptcy. I couldn't pay the entire fee all at once so Mr. Cerbone let me pay on installments which took almost 2 years to pay off. He explained the process to me at his office and kept copies of my bills. When I went to court in Trenton ...I was met by a paralegal from his firm, which I thought was unusual, but everything went smoothly & I was done in less than 3 hours. I completed the credit counseling online without having to pay the fee because Mr. Cerbone told me it was included as part of his service and my chapter 7 was discharged. The only thing I didn't like about Mr. Cerbone's law firm was his assistant Genady. He was very condescending to me and said to "just sign the papers, you don't have to read them." I told him yes I do have read them, this is a very important matter and I want to understand everything that I am agreeing to.
