Timothy J Shea

Timothy J. Shea, Esquire is a committed counselor of law who
 practices predominately within the fields of Immigration & Naturalization,
Criminal Defense, Municipal and Superior Court Practice (both Criminal and
Civil), Business and Corporate Administration, Appellate Practice and
Commercial and Residential Real Estate.

Mr. Shea graduated from the Seton Hall University School of
Law in the spring of 2005 and began work immediately at the reputable firm of
Levin, Shea & Pfeffer, P.A., where he learned from three gentlemen with a
combined experience with over 100 years as counselors-at-law.  Prior to that, Mr. Shea received his Bachelor of Arts with honors concentrated in the fields of English and Anthropology, with a minor in Music.  While at Levin, Shea & Pfeffer he focused primarily on complex Criminal and Civil Litigation, Appellate Practice and
Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Land Use.

In the fall of 2010, Mr. Shea opened doors to his new firm
located right along the beautiful shores of Asbury Park, NJ.  It was here that he began to see the landscape shifting in the surrounding areas and devoted the majority of his practice to Immigration and Naturalization, Criminal Defense and Municipal Law.

Since then, he has remained steadfast in his advocacy for his clients as well as
harnessing a generous approach to all those who live and work in his community,
or, simply anyone who is in the need for sound advice.
