Mr. Goldman is a former prosecutor and litigator who served as an Ocean County Assistant Prosecutor for seven years. During his tenure, he earned an impressive track record as a trial lawyer. Though he is a seasoned litigator and generalist, he specializes in Criminal, Family and Social Security Law.
Prior to prosecuting, Mr. Goldman served as Judicial Law Clerk to the presiding Family Division Judge in Ocean County where he recommended disposition of matrimonial cases for the Judge’s review and approval including Divorce, Child Custody, Parenting Time, Child Support, Paternity, Spousal Support, Medical Support and Adoption.
In addition to Criminal and Family Law, Mr. Goldman also practices in laws pertaining to Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). Applying for and receiving SSDI is a notoriously complex process that requires the aid of a qualified attorney. An experienced litigator is good to have on your side.
Mr. Goldman has received his Juris Doctor in law and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Mr. Goldman is a certified instructor by the State of New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Criminal Justice, Police Training Commission where he taught numerous classes at the Ocean County Police academy. Mr. Goldman is also involved in the Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean County Bar Associations. In Ocean County, he was the former Young Lawyer Liaison and previously served on the criminal practice committee.

Not sure who wrote that other review but Ian is the man for the job! Professional very well known in the court room I was in at the ocean county courthouse. knew exactly how to run the case from beginning to end and was fully communicative on the process. Worth the money!

A total disaster! Not very bright, easily frustrated and confused in Court. Does not have a good reputation in the court room.
