I reached out to this firm on four separate occasions to seek a consultation. Each time, I was connected with a different paralegal and had to repeat and rephrase my situation from the beginning. This lack of internal communication was frustrating and raised concerns about how well they coordinate wi...thin the firm. During the calls, they repeatedly emphasized their strong relationships with local courts and judges. At first, this sounded reassuring, but after speaking with a few other attorneys, I realized this was more of a sales pitch than a substantive reason to choose legal representation. While Mr. Marshall himself may be an excellent attorney—as some reviews and his credentials suggest—the firm's structure and client communication leave much to be desired. After doing further research, including reading several one-star reviews on AVVO, I became aware that they often assign attorneys based on internal availability rather than client fit. That’s a red flag for anyone expecting individualized attention, especially for complex or sensitive matters. There also appears to be inconsistency in how they handle what might be considered “low value” cases. In some situations, the firm seems to back out politely instead of taking a case, possibly due to lack of resources or interest. While understandable from a business standpoint, this should be more transparent upfront. If you’re considering this firm, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about who exactly will be handling your case, how communication is managed, and whether they have the capacity to give your matter the attention it deserves.

We hired this law firm and they lost the case which was a restraining order case. They did not want to spend enough time with us to help prepare, so we went in half blind. The judge kept interrupting my lawyer and did not want to hear the facts. My lawyer did not push back well enough and caused the ...judge to miss relevant facts that would have won us the case. We were blamed for the loss and the firm did not take responsibility for it. To appeal. they wanted more money.
