John R. Tatulli

I met John about a Decade ago, when I needed an Attorney to represent me in a Case brought by my Condominium Board. They were demanding a (2000.00) Assessment for General Property upkeep and not for a specific Purpose, which seemed illegal and so, a Homeowners’ Group, of which I was a part, fought ...it and took the Board to Court. Although, ultimately, we did not prevail and at that point, the Board’s Attorneys filed Lawsuits against Individual Residents to Collect the (2000.00) Assessment, but with a Great Deal of Interest and Penalties, which in my Case brought the Total demanded to around (6700.00). I was then, very Fortunate to meet John and he Agreed to Represent my Interests at a Hearing held at the Freehold Courthouse. He, initially, conferred with one of the Board’s Attorneys in the anteroom, but even though he was very Aggressive, there was no Compromise reached. The next Step was going into a Conference Room with an Arbitrator, the Board Representatives, myself and the (2) Attorneys. We had ample time to make our Arguments before the Arbitrator, and this is where John truly put his Expertise, Aggressiveness, Passion and Belief in his Client’s interests to work. At the Conclusion, of this meeting, the Arbitrator Greatly Reduced the Amount Demanded from (6700.00) to (3600.00) and also, allowed me to Pay it off over (3) Years at (100.00) per month. I owe that very fair Resolution, to John, as he was Amazing. We managed to Stay in Touch following that Day in Court and today, I consider John one of my Closest Friends because he is a Wonderful Person.
