Biography
Michael Malatino is a founding Member of Malatino & Elko, LLC. A tenacious and dedicated advocate, Mr. Malatino has achieved numerous and substantial settlements on behalf of clients in workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other employment related claims. Mr. Malatino also represents clients in employment contract disputes as well as matters involving non-competes, non-solicitation agreements, and other restrictive covenants.
Mr. Malatino sits on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. He is a member of the New Jersey subchapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and a Staff Editor for the Labor and Employment Law Quarterly.
Mr. Malatino has also published several articles and is a regular speaker for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
