Jacqueline Voronov

Jacqueline Voronov has experience litigating virtually all types of cases on behalf of individual, corporate and municipal clients. Jacqueline is repeatedly recognized as one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, having been selected for inclusion in the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” for the last 6 consecutive years, honoring the top 2.5% of young lawyers in the State of New Jersey.

Her principal areas of practice include civil litigation and labor and employment disputes, with a focus on high-conflict cases. A seasoned litigator and strategic counselor, Jacqueline’s representations include major hotels, major retailers, shipping companies, manufacturers, and national fast-food franchisees. Her broad range of litigation experience also includes the representation of both employees and employers in all sorts of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, sexual harassment, race, national origin, gender, disability and age discrimination, breach of contract, and the preparation of various employment agreements (including non-compete, confidentiality, independent contractor and separation agreements). Jacqueline also handles labor arbitration, EEOC, and SDHR proceedings.
