Frances Oliveri

I retained Frances Oliveri as my divorce attorney in 2013. Throughout the process, she became an integral part of my support system, not only legally but also emotionally. Frances has deep knowledge and understanding about the laws and regulations of divorce. She constantly updated me on the progr...ess of my case. All necessary paperwork and documentation was submitted in a timely fashion that made the complicated process of divorce move smoothly and quickly. Frances returned all phone calls, even frantic calls made on the weekends, within hours. It was in those emotional moments, that I was and still am grateful for Frances. Her legal expertise combined with patience and kindness alleviated my anxiety and saw me through a difficult period. My divorce was finalized two years ago, yet Frances continues to provide me with the same support. When I was initially looking for a lawyer, no one told me that I would need to be in contact with him or her after the settlement. I still work with Frances to maintain or modify the conditions of the divorce (i.e. parenting plan, change of address, or salary adjustments). Frances Oliveri is a compassionate and extremely capable attorney who helped us win several victories in family court. Frances encouraged us to hire some third party experts (an employability expert and a forensic accountant) to evaluate my ex-husband and debunk many of his false claims. She also ch...allenged him to provide medical evidence of his claim that he was unable to work, which he could not prove. This turned out to be a good strategy, and the magistrate not only dismissed his claim to reduce child support, but she found him to be willful in non-payment of past-due child support. He went to jail for 10 days, before deciding to pay what he owed! Frances alo successfully petitioned the court to make my ex-husband pay our legal expenses, and that was granted as well. Frances is tough and comnposed in the court room, and compassionate on a personal level. We can't say enough how much we appreciated having her on our side.
