A former Brooklyn Prosecutor, Evan handles criminal defense including crimes of violence/sex offenses, theft/fraud, drug, vehicular crimes and white collar offenses in New York and New Jersey local State and Federal Courts. Evan has obtained great results for his clients including dismissals and/or non-incarceration for person(s) accused of sex offenses with minors, robbery/burglary, sale of narcotics, assault and vehicular crimes.
Prior to joining Guaglardi & Meliti, LLP, Evan handled criminal and civil litigation matters for Ostrer Rosenwasser LLP, before joining the Kings County Disrict Attorney's Office as an Assistant District Attorney. Evan successfully prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases, including violent crimes, vehicular, drug and white collar crime offenses. With his diverse clientele, Evan has continued his success at the firm through his experience, hard work and dedication to the best interests of his clients.
