Brandon James Broderick

Used brandon's office for a case when I was hit from behind by a drunk driver. I wanted to go to my on doctor for my back injuries but Brandon said I needed to use his Dr , Ningning He for treatment. He assureed me that should would help make my case. i had no idea that this would put me on a path t...o get unnecessary back injections. I told both my lawyer and the Dr that I had minor discomfort. I refused injections but was intimidated by Brandon and his brother who is also a lawyer at the firm. They threatened to close my case and said it was the only way to get money. After months of basically forced treatment I found out that Brandon and Dr He are in a personal relationship. After confronting him about it he started yelling at me and said he would just settle my case. I received a release for $27,500 and was told to take it or I would have no case. Really the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. There are better choices in Bergen County if you need a lawyer. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, they deducted out $2500 for my co-pay and deductible to supposedly pay my doctor. They never paid him and I ended up being put into collections. The doctors office says that Broderick charges his clients for the deductible and keeps the money for himself. Really unfair. I showed my doctor that the money was deducted from my case. My doctor said he would call brodericks office and sue him if he didnt get paid. He said broderick does this junk all the time. Really terrible all around.

So I went to Brandon because I heard he was pretty cool about loaning money against cases. What the guy who brought me there didn’t tell me was brandon was charging me close to 20% per year for the money he loan me. Settled my case for $12000 and I thought he would keep a third like his contract sai...d. He kept half though and when I asked about it he said borrowing money isn’t free. I had to call him a million times to get my check too. Like he was playing with me for complaining.

Me and my mother were struck by a vehicle and were recommended to Brandon Broderick by a good friend of my mother. The person said Brandon handled his case very well and received a settlement of more than he was expecting. Brandon handled my case well and gave me his cellphone number in case had any ...questions or concerns. I would say he handled my case very well. After two years after the accident I decided to do a quick settlement and got more than I expected. Of course if I would have waited longer I would have gotten even more. My mothers case is still in progress since she was badly injured but it is not too far from settling for a very high amount. My mother and I are very happy of how friendly and trustworthy Brandon has been through these tough times. I would highly recommend Brandon Broderick to anyone in the Nj area who has been involved in an accident.

I am no expert on lawyers nor personal injury cases, but I am a good judge of character. I met with a few lawyers before I settled on Brandon. If you want to know why I would say it was because he wasn't about pushing me to sign a contract and because he came over sincere, calm, collected and honest.... I am a big believer in following my gut, it hasn't lead me astray yet and it didn't once again. I will admit I was a little skeptical about his age as he is a young guy, how much experience could he have when up against some seasoned older lawyers. However those concerns were put to rest after I asked him some questions about his experience and found out the he is actually hired by some of those other firms when they need a good lawyer to actually go to trial. Apparently most of these cases are settled and thus some of the lawyers don't even have to go to trial or aren't really that good at actually trying a case. What really won me over is that he gave me his cell number and he told me that I can call him when ever I want, however if it was urgent and he doesn't answer to text him. I can't say he answered every phone call (although he always called me back that same day when I left a message) I must say he was excellent with returning texts. Anytime I sent a text with a question or concern, I had an answer from him in what seemed like minutes, that's the kind of service that I wanted. I don't know if everyone gets that from him but I know I did and that is what made me decide to sign up with him, as if he treated me that good before he had my case then I am in. Anyway in the end in took a few years and I suppose it come down to the money and he got me the max allowable for my case, what else could I ask for? Thanks Brandon, your an example of what lawyers could and should be and I will always appreciate how well you treated me and how hard you worked for me.
