Jason Richman

Jason A. Richman, Esq., is a New York Civil Trial and Appellate Attorney practicing at the firm of Brandon J. Broderick, Personal Injury, Attorney at Law. Jason has more than 25 years experience litigating civil matters for personal injury plaintiffs, with a focus in the areas of Construction Site Injuries, Motor Vehicle Collisions, Product Liability, and Medical Malpractice. Jason has zealously pursued the rights of his clients with law firms all across the state from offices in New York City, Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse, and has won more than a million dollars in compensation for his clients. He is admitted to all state courts in the State of New York as well as to all of the Federal District Courts in New York (Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York). He has tried dozens of cases to verdict and prosecuted dozens of appeals in all of New York’s Appellate Departments and the NY Court of Appeals.
