Brandon James Broderick

Used brandon's office for a case when I was hit from behind by a drunk driver. I wanted to go to my on doctor for my back injuries but Brandon said I needed to use his Dr , Ningning He for treatment. He assureed me that should would help make my case. i had no idea that this would put me on a path t...o get unnecessary back injections. I told both my lawyer and the Dr that I had minor discomfort. I refused injections but was intimidated by Brandon and his brother who is also a lawyer at the firm. They threatened to close my case and said it was the only way to get money. After months of basically forced treatment I found out that Brandon and Dr He are in a personal relationship. After confronting him about it he started yelling at me and said he would just settle my case. I received a release for $27,500 and was told to take it or I would have no case. Really the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. There are better choices in Bergen County if you need a lawyer. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, they deducted out $2500 for my co-pay and deductible to supposedly pay my doctor. They never paid him and I ended up being put into collections. The doctors office says that Broderick charges his clients for the deductible and keeps the money for himself. Really unfair. I showed my doctor that the money was deducted from my case. My doctor said he would call brodericks office and sue him if he didnt get paid. He said broderick does this junk all the time. Really terrible all around.

I was rear ended twice within 2 years. Being I was rear ended, a moron could win the case. But this law firm is very special. They are willing to except the bare minimum as compensation for there client. They failed to do their due deligance for their client. I have suffered a severe head injury..., and the award was not enough to replace my car. Stay away!

Got hit by a drunk driver. Broke my leg and needed surgery but Mr Broderick got me my money pretty quickly. Settled for $10,000 as he said we needed to give the insurance company a discount if we wanted it done quickly. The nice thing was another lawyer in the firm Ryan (maybe brandons bro) gave me... a signing bonus of $500 cash for coming to their firm! A good perk if you are lawyer shopping. I told them another friend of mine got the signing bonus and that was what got me in the door to them. Ryan said it was his pleasure to help me out with some free money for coming in. Other lawyers I spoke to never offered that. Good deal from the Broderick law firm.

I originally was going to a different lawyer but a guy I know recommended I go to Brandon. I had seen his name on the billboards so I figured the guy would spend money on my case. First the good, I got a $400 gift card as a signing bonus. The person who signed me up said it was to help me with expen...ses for getting to and from therapy. I had my own doctor I wanted to see but Brandon said he worked certain doctors who would know what to write in my report to get me the most money. So I went to his doctor. My back injurie was bothering me and I had multiple herniated discs. Although I said I was feeling pretty well from therapy, I felt pressured to get the surgical intervention by Brandon's office who assured me it would be meaning more money fr my case. I went through with a couple of procedures at Brandons doctors office where they stuck needles in my back. To be honest, I dont know that it made much of a difference. The case seemed to drag on for a long time with alot of calls o the office that were not returned. I was starting to lose hope when I got a call that it was time to settle when it was a year and 10 months after my accident. The settlement guy at the office who I dont believe was a lawyer told me the other person had a $100000 of insurance coverage. But he also said that the insurance company was being difficult even though i was hit from behind while stopped. Their first offer was $15000 and they recommeneded I take it or else I would have to maybe go to trial. I told them it was not enough and they asked for more ended up settling for $20000. I was greatly disappointed and at first was not going to sign but just gave in to all the calls as I was so frustrated I just wanted it over with. My impression is this attorney has alot of billboards and gets alot of clients but just wants to settle quickly without him having to go do the court stuff.
