This was a woman who trifle into my family's home and found my information in the states system and beat them in getting some very personal assets to me by black mail bribery and extortion. I have reached out to this paralegal more than once and no response back after she has went back in fourth in f...ake trials using disclosed information not given to her by me. It's disgusting I've never been so humiliated in my life and never thought that I'd see the day that you see real political corruption. She was not consulted by me in any way at any time but some how managed to get every piece of information about me and use it in sick ways with the manipulation of fake counsel. This is one to watch the paralegal but take heid to the Attorney they may be of or one and the same you just can't trust anyone.

Amy was referred to us by a client. She sat with my family for a 1 hour consultation and promised services and next steps with a plan of action for my father who was in an urgent situation where we needed POA. It was a quick decline after a surgery and we needed immediate services. Amy was not punct...ual with communication and never delivered on anything she relayed to us during our initial consultation and never replied when we followed up several times. Because of her carelessness, we were unable to get POA and eventually had to go through the grueling and expensive guadardianship process with another attorney. Huge dissappointment and I do not recommend.

I have used Amy several times, and will continue to have her guide me in all legal issues. I can't describe what it's like to have someone you can trust but who is someone you can actually call a friend. She never has made me feel like she is superior to me, which most of the attorney's in the past... have made me feel. She is compassionate, understanding and most of all just a nice lady.

Amy MacIsaac is an excellent Elder Attorney. She has a complete and thorough knowledge of the laws governing elder care and especially rules governed by Medicaid. Amy is an honest and trustworthy person. She came to our house and explained each step of the process for applying for Medicaid for our Mo...ther. She prepared the POA, the Medical Directive and the Medicaid application. She always kept us informed as the process progressed. At every step we knew she had my Mother's (and our) best interests in mind. Amy's fees were very reasonable. We went to Amy as a second opinion and her fees were half of the fees we would have paid to the first attorney we consulted. But money aside, we were more than satisfied with Amy's help. We have and will recommend her to everyone that needs an Elder Attorney.
