I will aggressively pursue fair and business like resolution of your case early in the case, sometimes through trending techniques in alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration.  However, if your case cannot be fairly resolved, I am willing and able to bring your case to trial before a jury when it is necessary.

I handle FINRA arbitration claims on behalf of individual investors against brokerage companies, stock brokers and investment advisors for negligence in the management of client funds. My experience coupled with significant financial and stock market education enables me to understand the mechanics of the industry and properly evaluate your potential claim. Most claims for negligence and mismanagement of client funds are not tried in the court system but instead are arbitrated through FINRA.
