I use Elliott both for my personal needs and for my company. At all times I received first class and personalized service. On more than one occasion where the odds seemed against me, Elliott made the impossible possible and helped me win my cases. Elliot's knowledge and experience both in real estate... and consumer protection is impressive. I have not used Elliot's firm for litigation, we have always been able to resolve everything outside of the court. One specific example, I had an issue with a car dealership where the dealer was not 100% honest not delivering on all that has been agreed at the time of the purchase, when Elliott and I met to discuss the issue, Elliott asked me what would be the ideal solution in my mind, I said I would like the dealership to take the car back and return me all of my money, I never imagined something like that would be possible, Elliott and his firm made it all happen. What I also appreciate about Elliott is the fact that he would tell a customer if he thinks they are wrong and if a certain matter should be dropped. Overall, first class service, honest and fun to work with!
