Elliott Malone

Elliott was by my side as an attorney and confidant in a year long commercial / business legal dispute, that involved litigation, with a business partner (now former). It wasn't an easy process to say the least, but Elliott guided me through this process - he knew when to push, when to fight and when... to reach out and play peacemaker. The outcome was more than I could have ever hoped for. I cannot say that I was the easiest client, as this was an extremely emotional process for myself and my family, but he dealt with the circumstances in the utmost professional manner. He's honest to a fault, he won't sugarcoat a situation and he won't make you any promises he cannot keep, which is exactly who I needed to be on my side. He'll fight for you tooth and nail - if he believes in your case (which he did) - he'll be on a mission to win for you! Elliott is someone I'd always want to keep on my side!

I have a company and recently a major client was trying to force on me a new contract with some really out-of-this-world demands. Eli helped me to calm down. Even though he said that Labour law is not his specialty, he methodically reviewed major sticking points and helped me to put things in perspe...ctive. There are a lot of negative jokes about lawyers, but, Elliott breaks all of those stereotypes. I find Elliott to be exceedingly knowledgeable, tenacious, caring, responsive,... accessible, and reasonably priced given the quality of the work. He's also a very likable guy (as long as he's on your side) to boot! He is exactly what I want in an attorney and I'm very happy to have utilized Elliott on a number of occasions.
