Elliott did a great job resolving a consumer dispute with my car dealership. It was timely and ended up exactly like he'd said. He is now my go to guy on pretty much anything legal. What I also appreciate about Elliott is the fact that he would tell a customer if he thinks they are wrong and if a certain matter should be dropped.
