I hired Mr. Bar-Nadav for a speeding ticket of 14 MPH over the limit by a State Trooper on Rt. 287. The judge is known, as I've personally witnessed, for being fair, but stern and not reducing speeding tickets to non-moving violations. For ex. The woman before me had a speeding ticket, her second in... her life (30+ years of driving) in what the prosecutor noted as being "remarkable record" and suggested the judge take it into account. It was merely reduced to the lower speed, and the defenedant received points and fine. In our case Mr. Bar-Nadav noted to the judge that we haven't received discovery (the cop's video / account of the ticket issuance), and the judge adjourned the court for another day a few weeks later. This was now my second time in this court as the first time in trying to deal with the prosecutor myself I realized he wasn't going to allow for anything but a point violation. Due to older tickets/points in my license, getting points now would mean license suspension, which is why I hired Mr. Bar-Nadav. Long story short, third time in court, second with Mr. Bar-Nadav and due to some technical issue that he pointed out the judge actually dismissed the case altogether. Woohoo!

Hired him twice for driving unlicensed both times and the first time with additional driving violations... Will def hire him if ever needing again for the third time. As well as recommend him.
