Jason E. Foy had been recommended to me by two other lawyers who knew him and worked with him on other criminal cases. In my initial conversation with Mr. Foy, and my subsequent meeting with him I hired Mr. Foy to represent me in criminal charges filed by the Port Authority of New York & New Jerse...y at Newark Airport while attempting to pick up my sister (a witness to the event) who had arrived and was waiting for me at the arrival platform. It was clear that he was a lawyer who knew the working of the court, the system, and in particular the one in Newark, which gave me the confidence that I needed. Mr. Foy was also a man who was personable, thoughtful, and listened to the facts of the story. He immediately requested discovery documentation, i.e. my 911 call, video, and police recorded conversations of the event. The only response from them prior to my first appearance was an Arrest Report which, when compared with my step-by-step written account, and illustrations of driving paths and encounters with the police of my 5 attempts to pick up my sister, highlighted the egregious false statements in the police arrest report. I also expect the major discrepancies in the account of events facilitated a dismissal of all charges and expungement. I credit Mr. Foy and all his knowledge and expertise that he brought to my defense. Having never been in a situation where I needed a criminal defense attorney, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who would be in need of his service and skills.
