Ira Kaplan has been practicing law for over 25 years. He regularly represents husbands and wives in complex divorce and custody matters. He also regularly represents clients in domestic violence actions and is often apponted by the court and litigants as a mediator, arbitrator and Guardian ad Litem for minors and incompetents. He also serves as a long standing panelist on the Early Settlememnt Panel in bergen County.
