Francisco Jose Rodriguez

Francisco J. Rodriguez is a member of the law firm of Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, P.C., a law firm with practice areas that include medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, personal injury, workers compensation, employment discrimination, criminal defense, mass torts, and Federal Tort Claims Act matters, with offices in Springfield, Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Mt. Laurel, Freehold, Englewood Cliffs, Manhattan and Atlanta.

Mr. Rodriguez is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and concentrates on medical negligence, nursing home malpractice, mass torts and Federal Tort Claims Act matters and is admitted to the bar in the States of New Jersey and New York, as well the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.  His published works include "Using the Internet to Win Your Next Medical Negligence Case", published in the September 1996 issue of the ATLA Professional Negligence Law Reporter; “A Lawyer’s Battles with the HMOs”, published in The Verdict in the April 1998; Medical Malpractice, in General Practice in New York (West 1998); and Automobile Insurance Reform: A Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing, published in The Verdict January 1999.

Mr. Rodriguez received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College in 1992 and his law degree from New York University School of Law, where he was the Executive Editor of the Review of Law and Social Change, in 1995.

Mr. Rodriguez is past-president of the New Jersey Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey).  He is a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice.  Mr. Rodriguez is a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court's Model Civil Jury Charge Committee and the Civil Certification Committee of the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Attorney Certification.  He is a member of the Lawyer’s Advisory Committee of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  He was also a Trustee-at-Large and Regional Trustee for the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.  He has lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) as well as for NJAJ and the American Association for Justice.
