Amazing and Extraordinary Attorney

First I want to say Ashley Cooper is an Extraordinary Attorney and I would give her rating of 10 if I could. She helped me through a very difficult time with my case of being bullied by my ex with divorce issues. Ashley genuinely listened and is very caring. She works diligently covering all aspects,... is very determined, and goes above and beyond. Ashley was so much more than what I could have ever expected in an Attorney and I am very grateful for all that she has accomplished.

Divorce Attorney

Ashley Cooper is an amazingly, caring and professional lawyer. Her and her team helped me every step of the way through a tough time in my life. Ashley and her team were there to explain everything, ease my mind and assist in doing what was necessary and in my best interest. When the day came for me ...to go to court, I knew I had the best representation when I had a complete panic attack, but was easily calmed down and put at ease by one of Ashley's wonderful team members. Thank you to Ashley and her firm. I would highly reccomend them to anyone going through a divorce.

Professional & a straight shooter

Ashley helped me finalized a divorce agreement. She was professional, upfront and challenged me to think about options that I wouldnt have. I wish i had hired her to represent me early on. Very knowledgeable and more importantly very clear about what she did & didnt wanna do. Lastly billed the right... way - my prior lawyer was lousy when it came to this. Caveat: I havent heard argue in front of a judge so if it matters to your case due your own diligence.

Awesome & Compassionate Attorney....

Words cannot express how much I admire and appreciate Ashley's abilities as an attorney. My divorce should have been simple and straightforward, but my now ex-husband played as many games as he could; however, Ashley never wavered. She was diligent and thorough with her responses. I also appreciate...d that every document that left her office, she asked me to review and edit as necessary. By doing so, I felt confident that nothing was being said to my ex-husband I wasn't aware of. However, here's the most impressive part about Ashley, she's not just trying to take your money, she truly cares about her client. During my divorce I became ill and need to have major surgery which kept me out of contact for an extended period of time, she would send an email checking on me. She's very compassionate and would repeatedly say - "your health is more important than this case. We will get through this, just take care of yourself." Even her staff was amazing, they would make me feel comfortable anytime I contacted the office. When we finally finalized my divorce, she sent me a follow up email the next day summarizing key points of my divorce judgement as well as reminders of things I needed to get done. To me, that's going above and beyond for her client. I don't know what the future holds, but if I'm in need of a divorce attorney again - Ashley will be attorney. Thank you Ashley for supporting me throughout my divorce process.

Divorce can be heartbreaking, but hiring an attorney like Ashley who truly cares about you is smartest thing you can do for you!

I am so grateful that I chose Ashley Tate Cooper to represent me in my divorce. I was referred to her by a family friend (whom she had represented in her divorce) and all I had heard for years was how smart, thorough and dedicated she is to her client. When I first made the decision to get divorced, ...I impulsively went to another lawyer I found on google who in my hometown that I was not satisfied with. So, I decided to call Ashley’s office and try and get a consultation. Anne answered the phone that morning and she was so kind, and patient and took the time to hear me out and without hesitation got me in for a consultation with Ashley that same day! Anne also took the time to prepare me and gave me advice on how to make the best of my time during my meeting with Ashley. When I met with Ashley, from the very first conversation, she made me feel like she genuinely cared, understood what I was saying and validated how I was feeling. She listened to every one of my concerns, never ever rush me off the phone, explained all my legal options and at the end of the meeting I knew I had to have her represent me. She was so positive and comforting I felt like I had known her for a long time (even though I just met officially met this woman I had heard about for years). I decided to retain her right away and fired the other attorney. Every meeting we had whether on the phone or in person, I consistently felt heard, respected, cared about and assured that I was going to get through this. We spent a lot of time together preparing for this case and there were many obstacles with the adversary that would send me on an emotional rollercoaster. She was never intimidated by their tactics, and every single time anything happened, she immediately took action to resolve the issue. Then we were quickly either on the phone or on email to discuss. She is an excellent communicator, there was never a time where I was left in the dark wondering what was going on with the case or what something meant. Not one time in the entire 9+ months that she represented me, did I ever have to wait for her to get back to me on something, she was available by all means of communication while she was in the office or out. She always answered all my questions and responded to every one of my (sometimes really longwinded) emails. One of biggest comforts was that even though I was going through such an emotionally traumatizing crisis, during the process, I never felt alone. She constantly reassured me that everything was going to be ok, and reminded me of the positives I had in my life. As the case continued, she took the time to prepare me for the court appearances, and every next step that was coming up. She would start every conversation with asking me how I was and really listened to me as I tried to sort out my emotions and told her about my concerns. When we had court appearances, she always was there early to meet with me before court and stayed with me after. She would take whatever time was needed to make sure I was feeling ok, if I had any questions and understood what had happened, and what our next step was. I never felt rushed or like she wasn’t paying attention. I was impressed with how prepared and organized she was for every court appearance. During a time where I was emotionally a wreck and confused on where my life would go after this divorce, the comfort and care that Ashley (and her firm) gave me was essential to my mental health. I really felt and still do feel that I was not just a client, but a that I became part of their little family in the office. Every time I would come into the office or call on the phone, her and the whole staff was caring and even other lawyers & staff in the firm (Melissa, Gail, Anne, etc.) took the time to greet me, talk to me and made me feel valued. You can’t put a price on that kind of service.
