I hired Ashely based on a personal recommendation right after my husband and I split up abruptly. This is who you want taking care of your legal business during such a tumultuous time as navigating a divorce. She is extremely smart, strategic, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She guided me throug...h emotional times, provided honest, direct advice and feedback, and helped me feel supported and safe without sugarcoating anything. Don't expect a warm fuzzy demeanor, but she will have your back. She communicates mostly by email, but on the phone when necessary, and is quick to respond. She is organized, timely, and knows how to handle the other stakeholders involved to get the ideal outcome. I trust her completely. While she's definitely expensive, if you can afford her, she's worth every penny. I love her!

Ashley is – by far – the BEST divorce attorney, and if she can take on your case, you are VERY fortunate. Ashley is brilliant, knows the law extremely well and is worth every penny. I was amazed when there were times she would actually argue against herself (and me!) just to make sure my case was air...tight, and that she was positioning me the strongest way possible. Not only is she phenomenal and a badass for being able to outmaneuver the most narcissistic, dirtiest and unethical adversaries, but she has the biggest heart. In all sincerity, Ashley truly wanted my children to be safe and well, and stopped at nothing until this was secured. I can't say enough about how talented and wonderful she is, or how lucky I am to have had her represent me.

My divorce, like many, was not easy. Ashley tried to get this done as quickly and cost effectively as possible. She listened to my concerns and what I wanted and fought for me, but was also able to manage my expectations and walk me through a process that I was so unfamiliar with. After pursing all non legal routes to help my son Ashley Tate Cooper was recommended to me to help advocate for treatment for his mental health. After contacting her office she personally contacted in less than 24 hours to assess my case free of charge. 2 days later I was gathering her information, ...and she was able to file an emergent application for my son that week! In addition to the legal process there was not a phone call that took place without her asking how my son was doing before we worked on the case. She successfully was able to secure a Guardian Ad Litem to provide an independent voice for my son. While the legal process remains one I would like to avoid, there is no better advocate for you and your children than lawyer fighting for the well being of a child.

I have been chasing after my ex-husband for 22 years. He has been in arrears for alimony and child support for at least 20 of those years.
