Ashley Tate Cooper

Ashley is – by far – the BEST divorce attorney, and if she can take on your case, you are VERY fortunate. Ashley is brilliant, knows the law extremely well and is worth every penny. I was amazed when there were times she would actually argue against herself (and me!) just to make sure my case was air...tight, and that she was positioning me the strongest way possible. Not only is she phenomenal and a badass for being able to outmaneuver the most narcissistic, dirtiest and unethical adversaries, but she has the biggest heart. In all sincerity, Ashley truly wanted my children to be safe and well, and stopped at nothing until this was secured. I can't say enough about how talented and wonderful she is, or how lucky I am to have had her represent me.

Ashley Tate Cooper has represented me twice. First time for my divorce (2009) and the second (2024) my ex took me back to court to reduce his child support. Ashley is an excellent lawyer. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone needing a divorce or family lawyer. She helped me throughout my long and drawn out very contentious divorce. We were in mediation with another very sub par lawyer, and she helped me to de-escalate many times and stay the cou...rse, as well as help me ensure that I understood repercussions of certain decisions being made in our settlement agreement. I don't know what I would have done throughout this process without her guidance and knowledge of NJ family law. Her staff is very organized and prompt. Can not recommend her enough.
