VA Assistance

I have tried for many years to get the VA rating for my military service-connected disabilities. I have tried a couple of assistance Veterans organizations (DAV, WWP, VRW, & the Disability service to VA). They all ended up the same....Denied. I tried a few attornies in my city and they all said I ...would not get a favorable decision for my case and would not represent me. I thought all was over and I was about to throw my hands up and give up altogether. I applied to Kazmierczak & Kazmierczak, LLC, online and briefly stated my situation. Then one day I got a call from Kristine Moran. She told me they would accept my claim. Of course, I was skeptical, since no one else wanted to help me and those who did failed. I sent them all the information including my medical records from all the agencies (Pain Clinic, VA documentation, all outside record). The had me sign a release form but I wanted them to have the correct items, thus I sent that to them on my own. This was in July 2017. As time went on began to feel less confident. Then in October 2017, I received a phone call from Mrs. Kristine telling me they approved all my disabilities. I could do nothing but cry and I could not stop. I thanked her over and over. I have had a burden lifted off my shoulders call VA. They did what no one else could do. I know it was them and it would never have happened. Thank you, Thank you, & Thank you. They are the best.
