A fateful day

On a day I should hope to never forget Kristine answered my call to TEAM KAZMIERCZAK OFFICES. She listened to my story and was amazed that I was not service connected with a favorable rating after hearing my story. Little did she know I was 72 hrs away from losing the right to ever appeal my case. ...She pushed things through and was very confident in our case and fought like a warrior for me. Many do not know that TEAM KAZMIERCZAK never turn a veteran down. They do not earn a dime unless the veteran is successful in achieving favorable ratings. They are absolutely the Veterans best friend. Tell your Brothers and Sisters out there to call ASAP. Thanks again Kristine for all of the phone calls and text messaging even on the holidays. Cares about Veterans!

Vice President Vietnam Veterans Chapter 1088 Nassau County, Florida

In 2009 I could not find an attorney in the Jacksonville, Florida area to take my VA disability case. Mr. Kazmierczak asked me to send him a copy of my VA denial and he would let me know if it would be worth persuing. He said he felt my case would be worth persuing and after numerous years they won... my VA case. They always kept me informed and let me know what was going on with each step of the way. They have changed my life with my VA award and I would highly recommend them to any veteran who is having trouble with a VA disability case. I felt they were always fighting for me and would highly recommend them.

As I was. I served my country and fulfilled my obligation with a life changing disability. That was in 1995. I knew something was different about me and my abilities to conduct my usual, daily life routines. I had applied for VA disability back when I first got out, but I was denied a rating.... Many years passed by, First 1 year, then 2 years, then , 10 years and so on. All my fellow veteran friends kept telling me to. " don't quit" they would say,,,,, I was determined even before others told me this, but it was nice to have the support of fellow vets. One day I called Kazmierczak & Kazmierczak Law Firm. Attorney Karl Kazmierczak's listened to my account of what happened to me while in the service. I ask Attorney Karl one distinct question. I said to him, "Attorney Kazmierczak, do you think I have a case" worth pursuing ? He said "yes," you have a case.
