A fateful day

On a day I should hope to never forget Kristine answered my call to TEAM KAZMIERCZAK OFFICES. She listened to my story and was amazed that I was not service connected with a favorable rating after hearing my story. Little did she know I was 72 hrs away from losing the right to ever appeal my case. ...She pushed things through and was very confident in our case and fought like a warrior for me. Many do not know that TEAM KAZMIERCZAK never turn a veteran down. They do not earn a dime unless the veteran is successful in achieving favorable ratings. They are absolutely the Veterans best friend. Tell your Brothers and Sisters out there to call ASAP. Thanks again Kristine for all of the phone calls and text messaging even on the holidays. What An Outstanding Firm!!

I hired Carl and his firm several years ago to do my VA claim; and they came through with incredible results in my favor. I have currently hired them again since January 2019 and have already received my 100% disability. For my claim it took only approximately three months. My daughter has help me ...greatly along the way. We ended up speaking with Kristine who is also part of the firm. We cannot say enough about Kristine!!! Every time we spoke with her she was nothing but professional exuberant and nothing but happy to help me get what I deserve. VA Appeals

I've been fighting the VA for Gulf War and military service related injuries for eighteen years and just about gave up. I contacted kazmierczaklaw & kazmierczaklaw law firm LLP and in two years I've gone from 30% compensation rating to an 80% compensation rating and in a few months should have a rat...ing VA compensation of 100% all because of the professional's people that work at the kazmierczaklaw & kazmierczaklaw law firm LLP. The VA initially disapproved my claim for Sleep Apnea, but the people at kazmierczaklaw & kazmierczaklaw law firm looked through my military medical records and found enough evidence to appeal my claim for Sleep Apnea. Last week (1 June2017) I received a letter from the VA awarding me 50% for Sleep Apnea. I recommend the law firm, they are fantastic and will fight to ensure you receive the VA rating and compensation you deserve.

The Best Veterans Lawyer in the USA

Mr. Karl Kazmierczak helped me win my case with the VA, as the VA. motto is deny deny until you die. Since Mr. Karl Kazmierczak handled my case so well, I directed several other combat veterans to contact his office and every single one has won their case. I do not know about every veteran Mr. Kar...l Kazmierczak has helped but the veterans I know of have won their cases through his office. The VA is slow, so if you want to do it right the 1st time you now know who to call. I know so many veterans that have been given the run around, by the VA, it is disturbing that they get away with it. The games and run around stops with this lawyer. If their were more lawyers like Mr. Karl Kazmierczak their would be fewer veterans in distress. Also worth noting is his staff, like Stacy for example, are top notch people helping you threw all the BS the VA throws at you. I suggest to all veterans getting the run around to contact this office. Semper Fi.

Devine Intervention

In about 2009 I was ready to give up pursuing my claim for VA benefits. Organizations that provided assistance to veterans discouraged me from pursuing my claim because I didn't serve during wartime. It didn't need to be war time for what happened to me. One day while at the veterans hospital for an ...appointment I came across an advertizement for Kazmierczak and Kazmierczak a law firm who cares about vets. I was compelled to call and ask for help. I discussed my claim with Carl Kazmierczak and he took on my claim. The years went by with denials, hearings and I wanted to give up. Every time I called the firm somebody on the phone would give me a pep talk and I was ready to continue the fight. In approximately 2011 I asked for help with my Social Security claim. In 2014 I had a favorable decision for social security disability benefits. In 2015 I was awarded my VA benefits. I'm deeply grateful to Karl A. Kazmierczak and the staff for the encouragement and for teaching me how to be an advocate for veterans and any person who needs help and guidance through the tedious path to receive needed help.
