Ms. Damiano handles cases in the areas of divorce, custody, domestic violence, parent and child relocation, and other family related areas. Ms. Damiano also oversees the team of matrimonial attorneys in her firm, each of whom are uniquely suited to handle specific areas of matrimonial and family related law, from simple to complex, which permits every client to have their individual needs met in the most cost effective manner possible. Ms. Damiano has lectured for the institute of continuing legal education, for women in transition, for various civic organizations, and has appeared on television for various topics in family law including the financial impact of divorce and the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases by spouses.
Ms. Damiano has also worked with the battered women’s advocacy project and was appointed by the Supreme Court for its Women in the Law advisory committee. Ms. Damiano was also appointed as a Special Master by the Office of Attorney Ethics and is presently a member of the Supreme Court’s Special Ethics Project and a member of the District Eleven Ethics Committee. In addition to her private practice, Ms. Damiano is a sitting Municipal Court Judge, who must frequently deal with domestic violence issues. Ms. Damiano is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the State of Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and the New Jersey Supreme Court. She has also been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as a Guardian ad Litem in many matters, to protect the interest of minors during acrimonious matrimonial litigation and litigation involving the division of youth and family services in Passaic County. Ms. Damiano is committed to providing each client with exceptional client service and in bringing their matter to an expeditious and equitable settlement.
Ms. Damiano’s prior experience as an educator and guidance counselor with certification in Special Education, coupled with her 18 years experience as the Attorney for the Garfield New Jersey Board of Education, allows her to have extensive knowledge and the needs of children, especially children of special needs, which can often complicate the family law proceedings. Although compassionate for her clients, Toni Belford Damiano is known for her aggressive brand of advocacy and is a formidable opponent, whether advocating in the Courtroom or negotiating across a conference room table, and is considered a force to be reckoned with in the world of matrimonial law.

The Damiano pyramid scheme will leave you bankrupt
ms. Damiano has a structured pyramid scheme that she uses, you don't even know what's going on, she tells you to be quiet and stop asking questions and stop pulling their puppet strings and let them do their job. Unfortunately their job is to run you to bankruptcy. All they are interested in is your ...

Her client's will get scammed
She doesn't care about winning your case, it's about running up the bill and dragging your case out as long as possible so she can make as much money as possible. When you're all out of money she will drop you like yesterday's paper and put liens against your assets.

Waste of Money & Very Upsetting
My case was post judgment and there was very little to be settled. Toni dragged out my case with never ending letters instead of calling opposing counsel. She prepared inaccurate correspondences that wasted my time and a lot of money. She was rude and condescending. These negative reviews are all ...

DO NOT HIRE TONI DAMIANO, "SCAMMER"
Toni Damiano does not care about her clients, she only cares about getting your money and doing absolutely nothing for it. If you want to pay $400 an hour for one line emails to go back and forth Toni Damiano is the one to hire. She refuses to answer questions, she is completely unprofessional using ...

Overated....
This law firm will run you dry. Biggest waste of money. They didn't do absolutely nothing for my case but take over $50,000 of my money. Wouldn't recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. There that horrible.
"Toni Belford Damiano and I have been opposing counsel on several matters. She is extremely knowledgable and a zealous advocate for her clients."
