Rude and ambiguous in every correspondence. Extreme lack of urgency even when told it's of an urgent matter. After paying for inspections and survey and providing him the reports for major issues to be fixed (ie leaking septic tank), he neglected to respond or reach out to the selling agent for a r...esponse for two months (January & February). Then, out of nowhere, had the audacity to ask if we were still set for the closing date. Uninterested and unprofessional.

Can you believe a Lawyer lost my 5k deposit check for a house? He was supposed to deposit and escrow and never did. Now he won't admit and fix the issue causing delay in my settlement. I too conducted a real estate transaction with Bryan and he has a "I know more than you" condescending attitude that is undoubtedly bad for all parties. During our transaction both his client and myself were incredibly dissatisfied and even offended at times. We wound up having to cut him out of the ...communication loop to get things done. Crazy to think that we had to knowingly under-utilize the person we hired to get something done for us.
