Laura is absolutely the best family law attorney. She was able to settle our cases favorably. She was always available for questions, and was kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. No one ever wants to have to hire an attorney, but if you are looking for a lawyer for family issues, ...she is the best.

Laura Is an amazing family lawyer, she is handling my divorce which unfortunately can not be settled due to the defendant (wife) and is headed for trial, by no fault of Laura. I feel comfortable and confident having Laura represent me at trial, if needed. Laura has defended me in court not once ...but twice in domestic violence complaints, which where completely absurd and where both dismissed, due to her diligence and knowledge of the law, while preparing for cases. Laura is completely trustworthy and extremely compassionate, especially when children are involved, one of her main areas of focus in my case was the welfare of the children. Laura would always be concerned and ask how they are handling everything. Laura puts 110 percent into the clients she represents. The entire firm has unbelievable knowledge in the area of family law matters and keeps their clients up to date with any and all changes via email and phone calls. I would recommend Laura if you find your self in a complicated family matter, which requires you to have some one represent you in a court hearing.

I hired this attorney to handle my divorce. She did not handle it well. She is knowledgeable about divorce law and she interviewed well. However, she wasn't very proactive. When it came down to it, she had no tactic or skill to help me get a better settlement. She just followed whatever the law ...states. That I could do myself. She was not a great strategist at all. If the opposing lawyer made a claim, she just went along with it. She didn't seem very confident going against my spouse's attorney. She also rarely got back to me when leaving a message. I would have to call many times before gleaning a response. Her office staff was nice enough, but again, not aggressive in the least. I would say that if your divorce is at all going to be a difficult one, choose a different lawyer. I'm sorry I hired her, and I would have replaced her except for the fact that it is so expensive to start over again with a new attorney. Do yourself a favor and select a more aggressive attorney.
