Jove Juzmeski , a shareholder of the firm, concentrates his practice in the areas of Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Business Contracts & Formation, and Wills, Trusts & Estate. Examples of his work include the following:
- Real Estate : Mr. Juzmeski represents both buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Juzmeski will review and negotiate contracts preparing for the closing of your real estate transaction. In addition, Mr. Juzmeski represents landlords and tenants in various leasing transactions whether it involves commercial or residential property. Mr. Juzmeski will draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements as well as assist in the protection of landlords during potential eviction proceedings or tenants experiencing habitability issues.
- Wills, Trusts & Estates : Mr. Juzmeski represents clients who are seeking to preserve their wealth that they have earned through hard work and exceptional effort during their lifetime. Furthermore, Mr. Juzmeski assists and advises clients on proper techniques and planning to allow client’s achievement and wealth to be positively benefited by his or her loved ones.
Mr. Juzmeski attended and graduated with a Juris Doctor from Penn State University, The Dickinson School of Law. During his time at Penn State University, Mr. Juzmeski interned at a boutique law firm gaining practical experience in areas family law and municipal court. During a summer semester at Penn State University, Mr. Juzmeski studied comparative law abroad where he experienced the art, history, and culture of Florence, Italy and Rome, Italy. Furthermore, Mr. Juzmeski concluded his degree at Penn State University by taking an opportunity to extern for the Securities Exchange Commission while participating in a legal seminar in Washington, D.C. After graduating from Penn State University, Mr. Juzmeski sought to further his education and earned his Masters in Law in the area of Taxation and a Certificate in Estate Planning from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to opening the Juzmeski Law Firm, Mr. Juzmeski was an associate of a boutique law firm gaining practical experience in family law, immigration, real estate, municipal court/traffic, and wills, trusts & estates.
