I needed a lawyer for joint custody. My daughter has been wanting and thoughts of moving to North Carolina with her grandparents that she visits for summer vacation. She asked me, as a mom I was not to happy about it, but I have trust in her grandparent for they have been there for her since she was ...a baby. In order for her to be able to go to school, the school informed me I will have to live there or a relative must have custody of her to go to the school.
